Shipping + Returns Policy
All Cornhole bags & boards are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks of production time for items to ship out, average production times are 3-7 business days.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE LONGER DUE TO COVID-19.
We currently only ship bags & boards within the USA and to military addresses. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on the destination. If you would like items shipped internationally, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
Average shipping time is 3-5 business days.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at email@example.com and submit the correct address within 24 hours. After 24 hours, shipping addresses may not be correctable in our system and you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs associated with sending the order to you.
Exchanges + Returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items. Items must be unused and in the original manufactured condition with any original packaging.
Windsor Bags Co offers a 100% quality guarantee, which covers material and workmanship. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Anything that is deemed by Windsor Bags Co to be abuse, neglect, or purposeful destruction of an item will void any right to exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for exchange or return. We will happily work with you to exchange or refund the price of the item. Refunds will not be issued until the items have been received and inspected by Windsor Bags Co.
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs on items exchanged or returned for reasons not covered by our 100% quality guarantee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
ALL CUSTOM DESIGNED ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. When submitting designs please carefully review all spelling, punctuation, images, and any other vital information.
